Welcome to GameHanpan (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. The Site is a free entertainment service; these terms exist mainly to state clearly what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.

The Site provides free browser games and related articles. No account, registration or payment is required. We may add, modify or remove games, articles and features at any time without notice. Game records (such as best scores) are stored only in your own browser's local storage and can be lost if you clear your browser data; we cannot restore them, because we never had them.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the operation of the Site.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape the Site at abusive rates or to commit ad fraud (such as generating artificial ad impressions or clicks).
- Do not attempt to circumvent, damage or interfere with the advertising that funds the Site's operation.
- You may share links to any page of the Site freely — we appreciate it.
3. Intellectual property
The games, articles, graphics and code on the Site were created by us unless otherwise noted, and remain our property. Classic game concepts (such as snake or sliding-tile puzzles) are common heritage of the medium and are not claimed; our specific implementations, texts and visual designs are. You may view the page source for personal learning — we encourage it — but you may not republish the Site's games or articles as your own, with or without modification, on other websites or app stores.
4. Advertising

5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," free of charge. Blog articles that mention health-related topics (such as reaction time) are general information, not medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Because the service is free and stores no personal data on our servers, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.
